Earn Credit on Your Order

I am building a data base of existing camera stores and photographic repair shops, and I am willing to pay for your help.

You can earn $1.00 credit on your current order or future order for each complete name and address of an existing camera store or photo repair shop that you send me. (Include store name, street address, suite, office of floor if needed, city, state, ZIP). This offer is valid for any name and address that I do not currently have verified in my own existing data base. Submit as many names/addresses as you want. There is no limit to the amount of credit you can earn.

If you are submitting an on-line order with my order form, you can include the store name and address in the "comments" section; if you are placing your order by mail, include a store business card or the name and address on a piece of paper. Phone and fax orders can provide the information that way.

HINTS and EXCEPTIONS:


  • I have already verfified all the store names and addresses in Popular Photography and Shutterbug magazines, so those will not be counted. I have already verified camera stores and repair shops listed at www.acecam.com, so those will not be counted. Also, please DO NOT include places like Wal-Mart or other stores that have a small camera "department."

  • That still leaves about 4,000 camera stores that I have listed in my own database, but which I have not verfied, so I need to verify all those. Pawn shops that deal extensively in cameras are also acceptable.

  • I'm only interested at this time in domestic US addresses, so non-US submissions will not be counted.

  • I have started to prepare my own list of the Ritz/Wolf/Kits camera store chain; but it is a time-consuming process, since corporate headquarters seems to be reluctant to provide a complete list. If someone can come up with a complete listing of all the stores and shipping/mailing addresses in this chain, that would probably earn you about $600-$700 in credit (I've verified about half of the store listings).

  • If you submit a store name that is in a MALL, please include the store address within the mall, the mall name, and the street address of the mall itself.

  • First receipt of a store name/address is the only one that will count.

  • You'll just have to trust me on whether or not the names you send me qualify for credit. All I can say is that getting the accurate names and addresses is far more important to me than whether or not I'm giving away more credit than I have to.
